At Crowned, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-returnable Items
Returns cannot be accepted if the product has been:
- Worn or used
- Damaged by the customer
- Returned without its original packaging
- Returned after the 14-day return period
Gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive another product is to return your original item. Once your return has been approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
