Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

Netherlands

  • Standard Shipping: €4.95
  • Free shipping on orders over €70

International shipping rates are calculated automatically during checkout based on your destination.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days
  • Belgium: 2–5 business days
  • Germany: 2–5 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information so you can follow your shipment.


Delays

Although we do our best to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High shipping volumes
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance
  • Carrier delays
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

CROWNED Amsterdam is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

CROWNED Amsterdam cannot be held responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may apply.
